Payment Policy

Cuddlebugs Art Studio is proud to accept all major credit cards and echecks via Paypal. It`s fast, easy and free for you to use! If you have not registered with Paypal, please visit their site www.paypal.com for more information.

Return Policy

All orders are custom made or printed upon order therefore we cannot accept returns. If Cuddlebugs Art Studio has made an error on the order, the order may be returned, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit via Paypal. If we receive your return after the allotted 7 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used or damaged, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We suggest you to send all returns via insured mail with delivery confirmation for protection against loss or damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on personalized items, unless the personalization is incorrect due to an error by Cuddlebugs Art Studio. If the name supplied is misspelled by the buyer we cannot replace the item.

We also do not refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Cuddlebugs Art Studio.

We use Delivery Confirmation on all orders placed. If you would like insurance, an additional charge of $1.65 per $50 can be added to your order. If a package is lost or damaged we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items.

Please see turnaround time listed in the description of each product, these times are appoximate. Shipping time will also need to be added. If you need a rush order please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you!

Shipping Policy

All shipping labels are printed automatically via Paypal shipping service for USPS. Please be certain that the name AND address that you would like your item/s mailed to are correctly listed in Paypal. We will only ship to addresses listed on Paypal and cannot change the addresses. Cuddlebugs Art Studio cannot be held responsible for addresses that are not correctly listed. Thank you.
